    greetings,

Will you please inform me when the dvd will be available for purchase. I am already on the food fight mailing list, but wanted to cover my bases, so as to get this dvd as soon as possible.
Any info on future showings in the portland, oregon or vancouver, wa area would also be appreciated.
The laurelhurst theatre in portland has been running food, inc. lately, and is following it up with a local film “good food” on the 19th and 20th of september. perhaps a showing could be arranged there?

I am in now way affiliated with the laurelhurst, just thought it was such a good fit that i’d mention it

All the best of luck with the film (and that whole “making the world a better place” thing)

    Hey Chris Taylor!
I was at the screening at Riverview Theatre last night in Minneapolis, MN. I was very impressed with the film and all the work and thought that was put into making it a well-rounded historical and inspiring story. This is the type of film that can educate as well as motivate. It’s refreshing to see something that’s not all doom and gloom.

I’m the education coordinator at a grocery co-op in Burnsville, MN called Valley Natural Foods. We ultimately meet the needs and wants of our community. My job is foster our educational programs to educate our co-op members and shoppers so they can make healthy choices.

I was was hoping I could get a copy of the film. Can you tell me how much it is and how I can get it?

    thank you,
    Kayla Schaefer

    Hello
I work at Occidental College in Los Angeles and we are spending all of October focusing on food justice. We are very interested in having a screening here, would that be possible? If so, how would we go about doing it?
    Thank you!
    Heather

I heard an interview with Chris Taylor on KKFI in Kansas City and would like to know if the venue for the KC (not Lawrence, KS) screening has been set. Thanks.

    Hi, Chris,
We met last night at the Georgetown University screening. Again, I can’t thank you enough for doing this incredibly important (and entertaining!) piece, and I will spread the word far a wide.

When will you be in LA/SoCal? I spoke with my daughter last night, and she is very excited about getting a date for a screening at Soka University in Aliso Viejo (near Laguna Beach). She said there is actually a Slow Food Club on campus that may be willing to host the screening. Let me know what date range would work for you for a visit down to Orange County.

When I saw the film, I felt so substantiated and thrilled to know that I am in such good company with so many others in my quest to bring real food to all people, and that the sincere efforts of individuals have added up to such a huge national movement. Thanks so much for the historical and vertical view, and the encouragement!
    Robin

Hi. I’m a longtime member of the Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture, the sustainable farmers’ union. The organization holds workshops year-round about sustainable practices and specific techniques, develops direct markets, annually organizes the largest sustainable ag conference in the eastern US, and is a bold, articulate voice in both regional and national ag policy. It was started by the same people who later started Local Harvest. The organization is run by a farmer/member Board of Directors and an incredible staff. It has a very informative newsletter that is both “nuts & bolts” educational as well as visionary. I recommend PASA for your website’s list: pasafarming.org.
How much does your film cost to rent? to buy? How many minutes long is it?
    Thanks -
